Terms & Conditions — ZT88

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ZT88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ZT88 online gaming platform available at zt88.cam ("the Website").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the ZT88 Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZT88 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ZT88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and ZT88. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on ZT88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ZT88 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former director, officer, employee, consultant or agent of ZT88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

ZT88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a User is found to have registered in breach of these eligibility requirements, ZT88 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and void any associated wagers or winnings.

Each User may register only one account on ZT88. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same name, email address or payment method — are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration and at any point thereafter, ZT88 may require you to complete KYC verification. This process is designed to confirm your identity, age and the legitimacy of your payment methods. Typical KYC requirements include:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC or passport);
• Proof of address where required by the operator (such as a utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie or liveness check holding the identity document;
• Verification of the deposit payment method used.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Documents must not be altered, cropped, obscured or falsified in any way. Submission of fraudulent documents may result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and registered email address — confidential. ZT88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ZT88 aims to support a range of deposit methods that are widely recognised by Pakistani players, including mobile wallet references such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast digital transfer system, bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current setup and applicable regulations and may change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• ZT88 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the payment processor. Processing times vary by method.
• ZT88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or technical issues outside the platform's control.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of funds held in your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• ZT88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's cashier section and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. ZT88 will endeavour to review withdrawal requests promptly, but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors or bank handling times.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where ZT88 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where KYC documentation is outstanding or unsatisfactory.

ZT88 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, referral credits and other incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all ZT88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. These are displayed on the relevant offer page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. ZT88 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and/or winnings where it suspects a User is exploiting a promotion or acting in bad faith.

• ZT88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on ZT88 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and any sport- or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. The following general conditions apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Users should verify all selections before confirming a wager.
• ZT88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or resulting from a technical error in odds pricing.

• Winnings are credited to the User's Real Money Balance upon settlement of the relevant market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZT88 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software, including erroneous odds or pricing;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ZT88 for money laundering purposes;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised in bad faith against ZT88;
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other technology to conceal your true location.

All content on the ZT88 platform — including but not limited to the ZT88 brand name, logo, design, software, graphics, text, game content, odds data and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of ZT88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZT88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any ZT88 content;
• Modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the platform's software;
• Use ZT88's brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ZT88's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT88 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical faults, maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond ZT88's reasonable control;
• Any financial loss arising from your reliance on odds, market information or game outcomes displayed on the platform;
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the ZT88 platform.

ZT88 does not warrant that the platform will operate free from errors, interruptions or data loss at all times. Where a technical error results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes or account balances, ZT88 reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, void affected bets.

ZT88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps may be set at any time through account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Timers and reality check alerts can be configured to remind Users of elapsed playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to ZT88's support team.

ZT88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the platform's inactivity policy;
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the User.

Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, ZT88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where a User-requested closure is made with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, the Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method.

Users who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting ZT88's support team. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations owed by the User to ZT88.

ZT88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZT88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the ZT88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ZT88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZT88 is licensed to operate, as determined by the operator.

ZT88 expressly does not claim licensing, authorisation or regulatory approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority. Pakistani users access ZT88 on the basis of their own assessment of the legality of doing so within their jurisdiction. This section is informational only and does not constitute legal advice.

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZT88's internal complaint process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the operator's license jurisdiction, the details of which are available upon request from ZT88's support team.
